Protonitazene use

VRAAG

HelloHello, I'm glad I found this site. I have an opioid addiction and now I've bought protonitazene from my dealer. I normally use 60mg oxycodone pills. My dealer says that 0.030 milligrams is equivalent to 60mg of oxy. I've never heard of this product before. I hope you can help me with an answer. Regards

ANTWOORD

Protonitazene is an extremely powerful synthetic opioid. It is much stronger than oxycodone, but nobody knows exactly how much stronger, because there are no reliable conversion tables. Dealers often give wrong information about dosing. This means that even a very small mistake can lead to a life‑threatening overdose.

There have been fatal incidents in several countries involving protonitazenes and other nitazenes. People thought they were taking a small or “safe” dose, but the substance turned out to be much stronger than expected. Breathing can slow down or stop very quickly, sometimes after using it only once.

Because of this, protonitazene is far more dangerous and unpredictable than oxycodone. The risk is so high that using it is strongly discouraged.

If you entered your postcode correctly, your local addiction service is Jellinek in Utrecht, and I strongly encourage you to contact them for support.

Regards,

Ronald
